The adult holidays at The Scottish Equestrian Centre run all year round. We offer riding holidays with tuition and hacking, and accommodation in our beautiful 4 star rooms.
The content of your break will be tailored to suit what you can do, and want to do. You will ride up to four hours each day on well mannered horses, with all instruction by a friendly, qualified BHS instructor.
Total beginners are welcome. Book onto our ‘Zero to canter’ week and quickly become an accomplished and adpet horse rider.
Meals are table-served in our relaxed ‘Stables Bistro’ with a delicious daily menu on offer every day. We also have a comfy TV lounge, or you can explore the area – the choice is yours. There’s also great walking and scenery, including cycle tracks and golf courses within minutes of the Centre.
Fancy a pint? The Pub is a five minute stroll away and the town is a ten minute walk.
Safety and Expertise
Our instructors are expertly trained and hold the British Equestrian Tourism Certificate as well as a BHS instructors certificate.
Our 39 year’s experience will ensure you have a fantastic experience. Nonetheless, safety is our watchword during our adult riding holidays. We pride ourselves in providing safe, gentle horses and great instruction, whether you’re having a walk in the woods or bounding round our Cross Country course.
